Crystal Dobson is the owner and head massage therapist for Healing Palms Massage Therapy. She is a Certified Massage Therapist through the California Massage Therapy Council (License Number 45630). She has been certified in the state of California since 2010. Before California offered state certification, Crystal was licensed with the County of San Diego as a Massage Therapist. She has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2009. Crystal has had the privilege to work in multiple therapeutic settings including massage therapy clinics, spas, chiropractic offices, and holistic health centers. She has had opportunity to study massage from several well respected therapists and has developed an individual style that has lead to a faithful clientele.
Crystal uses massage to help the body heal itself. She specializes in chronic issues such as sore muscles, limited range of motion, migraine headaches, stress reduction, etc., for which research has proven massage to be beneficial. Positive results have repeatedly been reported by her clients that have sought relief from such issues. Crystal also believes that massage helps promote a healthy lifestyle and assists people with improving their daily stamina and productivity.

Aubrey Dobson is Crystal Dobson's Husband and Co-Owner of Healing Palms Massage Therapy and is also a Wellness Advocate and Independent Product Consultant for doTERRA Essential Oils. Aubrey is the Business Manager for both the massage and oils departments and specializes in teaching about safe and effective use of essential oils in everyday life.
Aubrey has also built a career in social work, counseling, and psychology. He specializes in the field of developmental disabilities. Aubrey has provided services to persons with developmental disabilities since 1995. He has a Masters Degree in Community Counseling and training in School Psychology. In addition, Aubrey has worked as a counselor/therapist and has helped people find answers related to their marriages, emotional health, addictions, careers, etc. Aubrey has found that the use of essential oils helps improve the ambiance of an environment and help people find a state of peace and balance.

Since 2007, Billy LeGrand has helped people from all walks of life to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. He has worked with top performers from the Metropolitan Opera, Juilliard, and Yale University, as well as elite NCAA Division I athletes at the University of Iowa and University of Illinois. He spent several years on the faculty of the Coe College Music Department. But, his primary focus has always been helping children, senior citizens, cancer survivors, doctors, grocery store clerks, mail carriers, etc., to improve the quality of their own everyday life.
LeGrand presented at conferences of the American Society for the Alexander Technique in Ann Arbor, MI, and the Society for Ethnomusicology in Minneapolis, MN, and Mexico City. He holds a bachelor's degree in jazz guitar and a master's degree in music history from the University of Northern Iowa. He spent 1,600 hours training to teach the Alexander Technique with world renowned teachers Joan and Alex Murray, then spent another 1,600 hours in a post-graduate, teaching assistant role with them. He is a certified yoga teacher with several thousand hours of teaching experience, having led private and studio classes as well as teacher training programs.
His understanding of being human comes from a prolonged examination of the miraculous way in which babies develop and mature. From the fundamental movement skill of rolling over to the organic exploration of one's environment, LeGrand distills this early wisdom into useful guidance, helping people navigate life well.
